The festival of Cervia Cuttlefish which is held during the annual feast of St. Joseph in Cervia is representing the traditional opening event of the Summer tourist season. The festival celebrates one of the undisputed king of the culinary tradition of the Romagna Riviera: the cuttlefish in a period in which the fishing of this fish is more significant. Moments of tasting will join entertainment, shows celebrating the Romagna tradition, music, traditional markets and the flower market.
